Purchasing products
Purchasing products could not be easier. Just browse our on-line shop, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. Once you have completed your selection, click on 'Checkout' button and you will be taken to our secure on-line payment, where you will be asked to enter a few details to complete your order.

Currently we use Paypal as our on-line payment method.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. The contract to supply goods by Tristar Support Ltd to each customer will be made when Tristar Support Ltd debits the account of the customer
Shipping and Handling
All orders over £20 will be delivered FREE of charge, orders £20 and under will include a shipping and handling charge of £3.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to process your order within 12 hours of it being received here at Tristar Support Ltd.
We use both Royal Mail and Initial City-Link as our delivery providers. You should expect to receive your order within 1 to 2 working days, and in the event that you haven’t received it within 4 working days, then please contact us.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For all orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added to the advertised price
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed on our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption, Credit Card numbers are not held in clear text on any web site. Please note you will be redirected to our secure on-line payment area, and the website of Tristar Toners is secured by the world recognized leaders in website security ‘VERISIGN’.
Product specifications
Prices and conditions of sale may be amended without prior warning. Quotations may be withdrawn without notice at any time prior to acceptance of order.
Failure to Pay
If the buyer fails to pay Tristar Support Ltd any sum due, pursuant to the contract, the buyer will be liable to pay interest to Tristar Support Ltd on such sum from the due date for payment at 2% above the base lending rate of HSBC Bank Plc from the time of purchase, accruing on a daily basis until payment is made. Tristar Support Ltd Limited reserves the right to claim interest under the Late Payment of commercial Debts (interest) Act 1998.
Damaged or Wrong goods supplied
Shortages, damaged or wrong goods supplied should be notified within 48 hours and returned within 10 days of receipt of goods. Tristar Support Ltd will issue a Credit Note. Any credit due will be made within 7 days of cancellation. The invoice number should be quoted on all correspondence relating to the return, a returns address will be provided. Product must be complete, including packaging in the same condition as supplied.
Incomplete or defaced goods
Incomplete or defaced goods will not be accepted for return. In keeping with industry standards when returning faulty printer consumables, a sample of the print must be provided.
Disputes and complaints
Should be made directly to us by email or in writing. Your dispute or complaint will be acknowledged within 5 working days and we will aim to resolve it within 10 working days. You will be provided the name of the person handling your complaint at the time of acknowledgement.
Compatibility of Product
Responsibility for establishing the compatibility of any Tristar Support Ltd goods with other equipment used by the buyer remains the responsibility of the buyer. Tristar Support Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, whether consequential or otherwise, or for deterioration of Tristar Support Ltd goods or other materials used with them, in manufacture or otherwise, caused by incompatibility.
Ownership of goods
All Tristar Support Ltd goods remain the property of Tristar Support Ltd until they are paid for in full. Until the goods are paid for in full, a customer may not sell or transfer goods to any other party.
Force Majeure:
In the event that the Tristar Support Ltd is prevented from carrying out its obligations under a contract for sale as a result of any cause beyond its control such as but not limited to Acts of God, War, Strikes, Lock-outs, Flood and Failure of third parties to deliver goods, the Seller shall be relieved of its obligations and liabilities under such contract for sale for as long as such fulfillment is prevented.

These Terms & Conditions supersede those published in any prior sales
literature. Orders placed and accepted are deemed to be in accordance with
these conditions.
